Opportunity Overview

Role Description
We're looking for an IG Sales & DM Support Lead to join our client's team. You'll play a crucial role in converting warm leads into bookings through engaging conversations, driving our mission to bring more people into a healthier, more energised lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement and Qualification – Initiate warm, personalised conversations with leads across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, using scripts and thoughtful questions to assess their fit and direct them toward relevant retreats.
- Booking Encouragement – Guide qualified leads toward booking a discovery call or retreat directly by sharing the correct links and necessary information.
- Lead Follow-up – Ensure timely and strategic follow-ups with warm leads, re-engaging those who haven’t yet booked and directing them to alternative options or the mailing list.
- CRM and Tracker Maintenance – Accurately update lead tracking sheets with conversation details, interest levels, and next steps to support visibility across the team.
- Tone and Brand Alignment – Communicate in the brand’s voice with warmth, clarity, and non-pushy professionalism, adapting templates to reflect our values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience Level – Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in customer communication, appointment setting, or online lead nurturing roles.
- Direct Messaging Experience – Proven experience in DM setting or appointment setting within a service-based or retreat-style business environment.
- Communication Skills – Strong written communication abilities in English, with a confident, friendly tone and aptitude for relationship-building through chat.
- Organisation and Responsiveness – Highly organised with the ability to manage follow-ups, track activity meticulously, and respond promptly throughout the day.
- Industry Familiarity – Interest in and understanding of wellness retreats, with a willingness to learn the specifics of the client’s offerings and value proposition.
- Self-Directed and Collaborative – Comfortable working independently while remaining open to feedback and collaboration, especially in a remote setting.
