Role Description
We're looking for a CRM Strategist to join our client's team. If you're a systems-oriented and client-facing professional who wants to contribute to the world of CRM and Marketing Automation, while working with a diverse portfolio of fast-moving businesses, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll play a crucial role in designing and executing CRM solutions across platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce, driving automation, insights, and performance. Key Responsibilities
- CRM Buildouts & Optimisation – Lead CRM implementations and improvements across platforms such as HubSpot, including pipeline structuring, lifecycle stage mapping, property management, and workflow automation.
- Campaign Operations – Manage and execute inbound and outbound marketing operations inside the CRM, including email automation, list segmentation, and tracking performance.
- Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary CRM point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal content, data, and tech specialists to ensure CRM systems are integrated, high-performing, and aligned to business goals.
- Performance Monitoring – Conduct regular CRM audits, generate performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Industry Trends & Tools – Stay current on HubSpot product updates and broader CRM trends, ensuring clients benefit from industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- CRM Expertise – 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing and executing CRM operations, ideally across HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.
- Marketing Automation Experience – Proven ability to create and manage email workflows, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Client-Facing Communication – Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to build trust and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen – Comfortable configuring CRM properties, workflows, and reporting dashboards, with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Project Ownership – Demonstrated ability to lead CRM projects independently, while collaborating across multiple functions and deadlines.
