Role Description

We're looking for a Brand Strategy & Project Executive to join our client's team. If you're a proactive and detail-oriented individual who wants to immerse yourself in brand development, strategy, and creative delivery, while gaining deep exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced agency, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll play a crucial role in project coordination, strategy support, and client delivery, driving both operational excellence and creative outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Client & Project Management – Support the end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing timelines, assets, and communication to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Strategic Support – Assist with research, insight gathering, and the development of brand and growth strategies across a variety of client briefs.
• Creative Coordination – Liaise with designers, copywriters, and external partners to bring brand and campaign ideas to life with precision and creativity.
• Founder’s Right Hand – Provide operational and strategic support to the founders across internal initiatives, business development, and partnerships.
• Content, Decks & Docs – Prepare, format, and refine proposals, brand presentations, case studies, and internal documents to a high standard, with creative support from the design team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; marketing, business, or project management disciplines are especially relevant.
• Creative/Technical Understanding – Background or interest in design, development, or digital platforms is advantageous.
• Tool Proficiency – Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Webflow, Notion, Monday.com, and Slack is beneficial.
• Communication & Organisation – Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
• Growth Mindset – A motivated, curious, and collaborative attitude with a desire to learn quickly and make a meaningful impact.
