Role Description

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to join our client’s team. You’ll be responsible for leading client content calendars, conducting interviews, and transforming ideas into thoughtful LinkedIn-native copy that resonates. Key Responsibilities

• Client Strategy – Develop B2B LinkedIn content strategies across multiple accounts.
• Content Writing – Craft sharp, insight-driven posts tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Calendar Management – Own weekly content plans and ensure consistent delivery.
• Client Interviews – Extract ideas and angles from founders and senior leaders.
• Campaign Development – Build thematic series to grow audience engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collab – Work with editors and creatives on multimedia content.
• Trend Tracking – Stay current with LinkedIn formats, trends, and best practices.
• AI Integration – Use tools like ChatGPT to streamline ideation and drafts.
• Feedback Loops – Refine content based on internal and client reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• LinkedIn Writing – Proven experience crafting platform-native B2B content.
• Narrative Skills – Strong hooks, clear structure, and adaptive tone of voice.
• Industry Versatility – Confident writing across sectors (tech, coaching, supply chain).
• Interviewing – Skilled at extracting insight from client conversations.
• Ownership – Experience managing multiple content calendars independently.
• AI Tools – Comfortable using ChatGPT or Notion AI for efficiency.
• Communication – Clear, collaborative, and feedback-ready.
• Organisation – Able to juggle deadlines across accounts.
