Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Executive to join our client’s team. If you’re a creative, highly organised individual who wants to contribute to the world of digital-first fitness brands, while gaining experience from a company in an exciting growth phase within the UK, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll play a crucial role in managing creator outreach, community engagement, and short-form content production, driving visibility, engagement, and brand relevance across key social platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Creator Sourcing & Outreach – Find, contact, and onboard high-quality creators for content collaborations and gifting campaigns.
- Content Management & Posting – Edit and publish daily reels and stories using CapCut; manage posts across Instagram and TikTok to ensure consistency and impact.
- Community Engagement – Monitor and reply to DMs, engage with niche and creator accounts, and maintain an engaging, on-brand voice across platforms.
- Campaign Tracking & Coordination – Track creator collaborations and deliverables, organise product sendouts, and maintain an up-to-date creator database.
- Trendspotting & Ideation – Monitor viral trends and generate creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s tone and audience.
- Collaboration – Work closely with founders and creatives to ensure content aligns with brand vision and campaign goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media – 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing content and creator workflows across Instagram and TikTok.
- Video Editing Skills – Proficiency with CapCut or similar mobile-first video editing tools for reels, stories, and short-form video.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication, with a brand-conscious tone and ability to engage online communities.
- Organisational Abilities – Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creator relationships in a structured and timely manner.
- Trend Awareness – Deep understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and viral content formats.
- AI & Tech Literacy – Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to enhance content, communication, or outreach workflows.
