Opportunity Overview

As a pivotal member of our client’s team, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and engagement through paid search strategies, shaping the future of green home heating solutions.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Paid Search Executive to join our client’s high-performing marketing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on digital marketer with proven experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta. You’ll take ownership of paid search performance, from campaign build and optimisation to budget forecasting and reporting. Working across multiple channels and tools—including GTM, shopping feeds, and CRM integrations—you’ll play a direct role in driving revenue and acquisition at scale. Key Responsibilities
- PPC account management (Google & Microsoft)
- Paid social account management (Meta)
- Data reporting for managed channels
- Shopping feed management
- Website tag management (Google Tag Manager)
Minimum Qualifications
- Channel Expertise – Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta
- Campaign Management – Proven track record in paid search and social account ownership
- Creative Briefing – Ability to produce high-quality briefs for performance-driven assets
- Data Analysis – Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and interpret performance data
- Budget Ownership – Experience managing mid-six-figure budgets and forecasting outcomes
- Performance Tracking – Clear understanding of KPIs and the ability to build effective tracking frameworks
- Cross-Channel Strategy – Familiarity with broader digital marketing channels and coordination
- CRM Targeting – Experience working with CRM managers to build customer audiences
- Stakeholder Engagement – Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Tag Implementation – Ability to manage website tag configuration via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Feed Optimization – Experience with shopping feed management across ecommerce platforms
- Sector Experience – Experience in digital retail or general retail preferred
